In General

We encourage you to participate and share best practices, ideas, and your more interesting expert witness experiences with us. Our audience includes experts from all industries and practice areas. Therefore, all articles should in some way relate to serving as an expert witness or consultant.

Due to confidentiality agreements, it is important that specific cases, on which you are currently working, are not identified or addressed.

Also, sometimes a good idea may not be a good fit for our purposes. We have to be conscious of the interests of the community as a whole.

The Specifics

• Length: 350-750 words
• Format: Word Document. Avoid over-formatting the document. Keep it as plain as possible. Spell out acronyms on first reference. Please proofread and run spell check before submission.
• Avoid promoting products and/or services in which you have a stake.
• You may provide a link to your personal website. You may provide a current photo. Any graphics should be provided as a separate attachment.
